Samena Squares Lesson #17

Dear Friends,

Well, better late than never. It has been a busy week.

We are getting down to the last few calls on the Mainstream list. Many of them will be using fractions like the Cast Off 3/4 that we learned last Thursday. You will need to figure out for yourself what will help you turn the correct distance. Remember handholds help you know where you are in the formation.

Don’t forget to put these dances on your calendar.

Future dance dates:
Friday, February 7:
First Friday Fun Fest at the Whirlybirds, squares 7:30 – 10:30 p.m. Dave Harry, calling, at the Hayloft, 15320 35th Ave W, Lynnwood.
Friday, February 8: Pi-R Squares, Square workshop 7:30 – 8 p.m., Squares 8 – 10:30 p.m., Mike Olsen, calling, and Marge Kost, cueing, at the Meridian Grange, 15422 Kent-Kangley Rd, Kent. Square dance moves 1 – 61.
Friday, February 28: Chocolate Disco Dance at the Samena Squares, squares 8 – 10:30 p.m. Susan Morris, calling, and Karen Neverdowski, cueing.

See you tomorrow night!

Happy dancing,
Susan
