"Hellacious" Community Dance

Last night, August 28, was the first ever “Hellacious” Community Dance at the Congregational Church on Mercer Island. This dance was organized by Leslie Young, Publicity and Promotions for Central Puget Sound Council. I had the pleasure of calling with my friend, Janet Shannon, from Vancouver, WA.
It was a fun little dance with some old friends and some new friends. The dances included some line dances, some contra dances, a mixer or two, and of course, squares.
Everyone had fun and stayed until the end! Always the sign of a successful evening!
All the dancers asked if we would be having another Community Dance. We hope to in the near future.
