Samena Squares Newsletter #7
10/27/2011
Dear Friends,
Great class Thursday night! It was great to see some of you at the dance Friday night. If you weren’t there, you missed a fun crowd!
This week we will work on finishing up learning the calls so that you can go to both dances this next weekend.
Note that the dance on November 19 to the Happy Hoppers is an official Samena Squares caravan. Many of the club members will be attending this dance.
A caravan is when a club has pre-arranged to go together to visit another club. As many of the club members as can make plans to attend that specific dance. The host club knows that the club is coming. Different clubs do caravans different ways. For the Samena Squares, it most often means that we meet for dinner beforehand. Carpools can also be arranged if needed.
